| The Schmitz Building was the building next to our antique shop. It was the building that the Ringling Brothers Circus started in. They would hold shows in the upper theatre of the building...later to take those shows on the road! It is on the historical registry. The theatre in the upper level also brought many talented people to Mazomanie! |
Glad somebody had foresight to save this historical reminder of time past. Very important to do that! Wonder if any of those businesses still in business?
