Coon Rock is an unincorporated community located in the town of Arena in Iowa County, Wisconsin, United States. Coon Rock is 4 miles (6 km) southeast of Spring Green, Wisconsin. My plan is to photograph the area's beauty, give you a little history of the area, and a glimpse of my little part of the world.

A Secluded Dam near Muscoda
Was a favorite fishing area of a good friend of mine. Near Muscoda.
At one time this dam was the electric power for the city of Muscoda. The building is where the hydroelectric equipment was housed. It has not been used for power in many many years though.
This secluded spot in your photo makes the dam and water spilling over even nicer, I think. What was the building on the left used for?
